zygomatic bone forms the strong lateral wall while the maxillary bone creates the orbital floor This makes sense and you could probably guess these bones from the surrounding anatomy The medial wall is a little more complex however but is mainly formed by the lacrimal bone the lacrimal sac drains tears through this bone into the nose and the ethmoid bone The

A. Good terminology, but your lacrimal sac is on the upper and outer portion of either eye. ;0) What it sounds like you're describing is the the tear duct (there are two per eye, one on the top lid and bottom lid) other wise known as the superior and inferior lacrimal punctum. This area could be irritate from allergies, or a build up of "sleep" in the opening... I would suggest you rinse your eye gently with warm water... or, using a warm washcloth, lay it over you eye and wipe gently (with minimal pressure) in a sweeping motion going down and outwardly. This should loosen any debris that is in the duct, or sooth your eye if the duct is irritated due to allergies. Hope this helps! :0)
